this dont look like the egr is disabled to me,but i coulkd bee wrong/......1c6256-like i said i could be wrong.but i believe this is one of the egr maps,and it looks normal to me...

egr valve has burnt motor anyway so need new valve.

Do you still need to disable EGR or did you success ?

fitted new valve it was open circuit so limp mode all the time. thanks for help anyway..

It's not a problem to disable the EGR, but I need some info:
- Is the engine a BRE type?
- With or without DPF ?
- Which error code have the ecu stored in this moment ?
- Are all the EGR parts right fitted in the engine, or did you try to disable the system through any mechanical way ?
