I have same problem before from a new UPA USB. Only 1 or 2 tests failed. I just resoldered all the contacts with soldering flux, cleaned with solvent and dried using Hot air gun (hair dryer will work too).

My second UPA USB (no clone ) has failed on any tests from time to time.
At last he has failed on all tests.
My solution, is the replace of N15 fuse .
Now my UPA works better as the new one.

I hope this information was helpful.

sorry for my bad English, I to read the motorola I have to feed the 12 volt

If working on motorolas, is always better power up CP externally. Can use any 12V auto battery.

Hi, I have a similar problem, IRQ and Reset (P1,P7) given 1.5 v less (instead 9v gives 7.5 in IRQ for example) . I changed bc640 and diodes but no luck . I will try search for bad fuses and if works, i will tell you.

Sorry for my bad English
