Hello everyone I dont know if everybody already knows this or not but a customer brought me a truck this week with a c-12 cat engine and he wanted the governor taken off the truck but the parameter was locked and could not be unlocked/changed without factory passwords so tried the passwords and they would not work opened all the features and the reason was because the engine serial number was never programmed into the new ecm when they replaced it put the engine serial number in and the passwords worked dont know if everone already know that but if you ever come across that problem that is how you solve it everyone have a good day
