Hello everyone, i have read through various posts and replies on the airbag section.

I would greatly appreciate any help or advice on the best way of reading airbag crash data from the different eeproms.

I am aware there are a few diff type of eeproms depending on the airbag module you are clearing.

What is the best way of getting a good read without removing the chip off the board as i am not very good at desoldering / soldering.

I use a standard SOIC 8 pin eeprom cable, but have struggled reading many Ford 2006 -. NISSAN 2006- , VW 2006- and Renault airbag modules.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Raz
