speed limiter is in FR not MR...
what do you mean - ADBlue off? It is possible to program MR to EURO3 form EURO5, EURO4. Or do you mean to remove torque limitation of SCR, NOx faults?

Torque limit is stored in FR module, is possible to change it by Star Diagnosis. The same device (SD) is necessary for EURO5-EURO3 transforming... I have flash+2 eeproms from MR eu5 and the same MR after transforming it to eu3...
