Someone has scanned an Isuzu 6HK1? I used usb-link but I was able to "see" the abs module only. The IDSS soft is used for 2005 and up trucks, it was useless. I heard about the tech2. There is a software that can be used with usb-link?

yes. atrtruckrepair is right. tech2 will do all years of izusu as long as it has a 16 pin dlc connector. tech2 clones I hear are going pretty cheap these days.

Nothing that I know of for USB-link, but you can use a cheap 10-30.00 ELM327 adaptor and some generic OBD2 scanning programs, that can be found on this sight.

It means those Isuzus are OBD 2 instead of J1708? It is totally new for me ! Thanks to all of you, guys. By the way, which protocol does it use? :damnmate:

I tried to scan it with many devices and none has worked for me, I have come to the conclusion that can only be with the tech 2

TRY ISUZU EMPS III.

yes, tech2 is the best choice, but you need add a 32 GM card to do the Isuzu.
