Mercedes immo off 320cdi

Ecu A 642 150 98 77, bosch 0 281 014 282.
Does anyone know if there are immo emulators for these ecu's or other solutions to remove the immo?

And can anyone make it virgin again?.
Please help, I enclose both the Internal eeprom and the flash.
The original one has 00000000000 when you go in it with DAS.
So I copied both the bad one and the good one.
