9998555 com cable dont work with PTT

This cable works without a problem with VCADS 2.35, but I need newer version for newer trucks and now this cable dont work nor with PTT 1.11 nor with 1.12 + updates. In PTT i select it as default cable, but when I launch VCADS it still try to connect to *020 (USB wifi cable) It dont even try to search for mine com cable it just complains about missing usb/wifi one, i tried to connect to truck then start the program and much more nothing works any Ideas? anyone have it succesfully working with any PTT version?

It looks like it is hardcoded into program, When i try to submit bug in VCADS it shows that selected is right cable, but when i try to launch tests it try to use wrong one.

9998555 work very good with PTT 1.12/1.11
It has to be windows xp sp2-3, and real com port,it is picture how setup it.

That was first thing which I had done, tried uninstalling usb driver of wrong cable, I even tried removing wrong cable from settings in text files. Then wrong cables wont appear in configuration but still when VCADS is launched it try to use USB one. Have no clue what to do else.

As I said with previous versions it works but I have few new trucks which need newer version of VCADS...

Yes i have Ptt1.11,and 1.12, and not one laptop, it makes no problem.
crack that you have work more or less good, but it work with ptt and 9998555 no problems. Try to reinstall on fresh installed windows xp, made all like on picture and it work without problems, you don't need to uninstall any of usb drivers.On one laptop work good 9998555,dearborn, and 88890020 and no of them makes any problems.
What name of laptop you have???

PTT 1.11 was installed on fresh XP installation on DELL E5500 as I said it DID worked with previous versions. But now program dont even search for other than 88890020 and thats very weird...

Now I have 1.12 (1.11 was uninstalled with that tool specially for cleaning previous installation).

Problem solved. Had custom windows XP which windows directory was named non standart.

I have the same problem.

PTT does not work with 1.12 9998555 adapter com.
I have a laptop DURABOOK RS 232 port Windows XP Professional 2002 SP3.
How to solve this problem. Install Windows from scratch.
