This is the most recent Cummins Incal DVD from February 2011. It is a 2-sideed DVD, as one side is for Medium Duty and the other for Heavy Duty.

The Incal DVDs only last 6 months or so before they "expire" and can't be used, so make sure you always have the latest.

Due to the Pass/No Pass thread, this one is password protected. Links are in the attached file to make it easy for people to use their favorite download manager.

Click on Tools
Click Calibration Selection
Click Certification Codes, then select your certification code/s

No, it is not possible. I just go the March Incal DVD from Cummins.

I know it a load of work but if you can keep posting the disc's it will be great. I have not seen many posts with as many thanks as you have got from this one. You did a great job on the Iso and compression. I can't find anything wrong with the files and have already upgraded an Ism, IsL, and a much needed Isb with no problems at all.

to avoid expiry you will need to modify two files namely the esdninfo.dat file and the ***.mdb file for each required calibration folder.

1: Open the following on your incal disk:
*:\INTELECT\ESDN\esdninfo.dat using notepad,
The following information should be displayed:
[Information]
Requiredbytes=100000000
Date=10058
DisplayName= "March 2010" (you can replace the display name with whatever you want to be displayed when you open the calibrations in Insite e.g DK Rulez, Cummins Calibrations e.t.c for a more custom setup.
The date is in Julian calendar format where 10 represents the year 2010 and 058 the first 58 days of the year 2010.By altering the date either 6 months before or after the present date the incal image you creating will be accepted by Insite as valid.Insite seems to to take the following month of julian date as the accepted month.

2: Open the following in Winrar
*:\INTELECT\ESDN\DATA\***\***.cmp\***.mdb where *** is the calibration file e.g ECI, CPI, or C94 etc.

Links are dead and he's not very timely on the private messages but there's nothing we can do about it. I guess we'll have to find other ways. I have a source that I get my Incal discs from but I have to pay for them...

Hello fellow Dk friends. Have a couple of questions about Incal hoping to get some help on.Due to economic cut backs and so on its been a little rough on trying to be sent to classe to keep up with all the new software that comes out. I know when you recal an Ecm you have to follow certian procedures and I was wondering if someone could post the steps. Bascially what I'm looking for is bumping up the horse power. I know there is a procedure you need to follow and usally a password to make all this happen. So is there by default a password that cummins uses or is there a password for each different type of HP rating when you bump it up and send it to the ECM? Plus I know also to create a work order form to back up previos vervion of the ECM cal. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Hope everyone has a great Memorial weekend !!!!!!!!:top::beer:

OK my friend, I did what you said and made my Incal June 2011, it seems to work fine but in my Incal DVD 2 there is just one calibration I can?t make work "Gas Cense - CM850", please see the attached picture.... I think the problem is in the ":intelect\esdn\data\WNG\" folder, because there is no "***.cmp\***.mdb" I could modify.

Can you help me to fix that ???

I connect to the ECM, open Calibration Selection, choose the calibration, right click and choose Transfer to ECM, the ECM Calibration Download Wizard opens, I click next, select Use A Calibrtion Fleet Count - hit next, verify the system ID - hit next, verify the information is correct - hit next, get the Adjustment Conformation screen - hit OK to continue the download. I then get theDatabase Read Failure "INSITE cannot read from selected database. Please verify the database is present on the selected drive and click Retry. Or, click Cancel to return to Calibration Selection."

How solve this problem?

I am trying to re-flash an ECM and am encountering the same error.
