I have 2 laptops set up with Cat ET 2011a. One has a full service license and the other has On Highway truck license.

For some reason neither will communicate with a C-15 in a highway truck. The software and datalink see the ECM but then says the C-15 is not supported.

Suggestions?

Sultan KG is not licensing the ET to communicate with the ECM .

It should be licensed again with autocar softs KG

can you try 2010A?

I installed 2011a directly over 2010a and that may have been the issue because I think 2010a was able to communicate.

I don't have the autocar softs KG but should be able to pull up both license keys for generation if someone has that keygen.

ok, lets try this one first

I was just reading in the other thread that I'm not the only one with this issue. Somebody mentioned to uninstall 2011a and reinstall 2010a and that fix worked perfectly. I guess we'll wait for a better keygen before reinstalling 2011a again.

I have 2010b and 2010c but never bothered upgrading to those.
