need new ecu

Its a renault megane year 96/97.
siemens ecu wtih motorolla mcu (mask 4e28b)
on the casing there is s111730108 and HOM 7700864451.

I need to change this ecu can someone tell me what the correct procedure is, and what number should correspond with the second hand ecu.

There is a 35 pins connector in the ecu

I also get a scenic with a siliconed ecu that needs to be changed should the nr

The problem is that i tried to make immo off and did not work so i think the file is corrupted and the silliconed one does not have a ecu at all.

Maybe someone can check if this file is a good one.
