help i have lost all sats

can some body please help i have a dreambox800hd clone with nablisoat black hole insatlled i have a motorised system untill yesterday i had listed in my satalites all sats from west to east but now i have updated channel list the first sat that shows is thor it seem i hae deletd the west to zero degreas how can i get them back

thanks for that but the link take me to Catseye E2 Settings File 75 East-58 West (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/attachments/f95/53208d1299358811-e2-channel-settings-cuberevo-45-east-53-west-catseye-e2-settings-file-75-east-58-west-05.03.2011.rar)is that correct as there is a lot of sats on there which i probaly carnt get how can i delet sats i dont want
