UPD: error was on windows 7. ecux works ONLY on winxp!

I didnt look at your file, but the soft is available with noob proof instructions. It works, in windows XP or a VM of XP.

Ill have to look for the file when i get home from work and post it up

It's up and running, just having the same problem as you. I can't seem to find the correct properties file for my car (2003 gti 6sp)

ecux is very limited, does not even work logging all of the "supported" ecu's either. Its very specific to which ecu it works on, i have not had luck getting it to function on 1.8t gti that is "supports".

whenever I load a group it says that the variables are missing from the specified properties files. Anyone have an answer? Thanks.

yes parallels allows for direct hardware access. i have vag com running on parallels 5

Sorry to raise this from the dead but how do I get a registry File to import? Ive installed it but its asking for a registry file....
