Is the mileage also stored in the ecu or like "normally" not?

And which eeprom is inside the cluster, a 24c16 or something else?

dempands of the month/year of the car.
bevore 6/2006 most likely is HC912 and after 6/2006 most likely 24C16.
just open dash and find out.
