You need RL56.

these emprom you can read the dump with 93c06 16x16 or 93s06 16x16 as it works to 16bits? (93c56 128x16)

I think you've forgot to swap bytes in my previous dump.

This one is based on your own file. Try it.

Your dump is not good, read it as 93c56.
