Hello,
Dump read in 8 bit mode is ok and belong to 4C transponder chip.I am surprise to meet a 2003 AVENSIS using a 4C transponder chip. However, could you read the key data and post here for confirmation?
As proposed solution for your problem,

1) go to the 16 pin diagnostic socket
2) use a suitable piece of cable or wire and bridge terminal 4 and 13 the ABS and the check engine light will start to blink
3) allow this for 30minutes or 35minutes
4) remove the wire and start the car.

Good luck

Hi

Have you tried to diagnose and see what fault codes you have in Immobiliser and Engine ECU...........Before messing about with the dump files.

i get these often and its normally the battery spiking the ecu, it needs to be atleast 12.5 volts i went through 3 new batteries on one toyota because they didnt have enough charge in them. you need to remove power for 10 min with all lights and fan on to drain any exess charge in the vehicle, switch off electrics then reconnect battery bridge 4 and 13 on obd switch ignition on for atleast 30 mins i normally do it for 35 - 40 mins, switch ignition off remove bridge wire then test keys. sometimes it takes a few attempts.
