working with smart toyota maker

i have used smart key maker in a toyota 2008 all keys lost.
i hold button open ignition on put donle on obd , hearing 2 sounds -leave the button -press 2 times -hearing 3 sounds .
in manual has that i have to hear 4 or 5 sounds .
after that i am wainting 18 minules and nothin happens.
i make the same procedures with ignition off and it stops two 2 first sounds .

i used toyata commander 2 and add key successfully but car not started

key that i use is 4d67 with pg1 52

next key i will try will be 4d68 with pg1 b2

i connect x431 and it says that key transponder can not communicate with ecu

any ideas to start the car without take off immo unit?

You can try make synchronization, make ignition on and relay between pin 4 and 13 in obd2 socket for 30minutes. Can be too that it is newer version of smart key, and You need to virginize smart box and immo box. What month is car?

i do not remember month of car but i know sure that is the next model of 2008 not the old .
