I have a rewriter that worked ok. lent it to someone and well you know the score ...came back with the power adaptor broken. a couple of the pins snapped off.

Am having trouble finding one. Dunno what they are actually called. Its got a three pin normal plug at one end and the cord leads to a black box with another cord leading to the connection with the rewriter. its circular with a little bit that is flat, and its got one big pin in the middle and five thinner pins around it...phew that was hard work. if anyone knows what it is called could you tell me so i dont look a dork in the shop. i already looked in pc world and argos and couldnt find one!

any ideas??

Its seem sthat it could be the 4th one onthis site,, check this link Power Supply - Adaptors - Desktop / Wallmount (http://www.chafertech.com.tw/html/psu/asp/nn_dual.asp?accessdenied=%2Fhtml%2Fpsu%2Fasp%2Fdua l%2Easp)

Its not exactly what you would call a local company and might cost more to buy than getting whole new rewriter.

However i could see one on yankie ebay for $15 but that seems to be removed ofr some reason AK 5, Apple iPod, MP3 Players, A V Accessories Cables items on eBay.com (http://74.125.77.132/search?q=cache:5YvFmC2jWPoJ:electronics.search.eba y.com/AK-5_Consumer-Electronics_W0QQsacatZ293+A25F2+-+02MI&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=20)

But the possible good news is one here for ?12 plus delivery.. your call teresa...
