Read immo Key from IAW8P.13

Hi guys,

nice greets from germany.
I have a little problem with the Xantia 1.6 of my girlfriend.
She lost the 4-Digit Key for the immo.

The ecu is in front of me.
In there is an eeprom from ST with the with following numbers:

M27C512-20B3
BP8AA
9435C

My question is:
Can i make a backup from the eeprom? Can i calculate the programmed 4-digit key from the backup?
If the answer is yes, is the anywhere a how-to for creating dumps from this eprom? And which program may i use to calculate the 4-digit key?

this is what i have done weeks before. They told me that is not possible (only for cars without keypad immobilizer)

But i have a keypad :(
