The car start with this file(attached),but it configure for manual gear box and work in "emergency transmission mode" on second gear only.
Can anybody tell me how and where I modify the .bin file for AT gearbox?

I don`t know any Sirius32 o*f solutions with AT models only with dumps replacing. You should reset original flash file, then use immo emulator in ECU (pic or atmega versions - http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f178/vag-immo-emulator-53149/). Only this way to o*f, i think. If your ECU with CAN transiever- emulator does not work!
