A3 1999 dashboard problem

I have a quadrant JAEGER, Audi A3, 1999, two anomalies have the pointer of fuel, and the central display, see the photo):
Anyone know how to fix this, I would write a new test ... does anyone have a dump to dump 8L0920930D, 1999 A3

Did dash display correctly before
Normally is pixel problem common with audi on centre display
Has the fuel needle been removed and not put back in correct position

You must replace the display (there are some sellers like Codecard, etc...) and repair or change the fuel meter.
