Alfa 145 change ECU

Hi, I have Alfa 145 1.9JTD 2001 ,0281001936, original ecu is damage with water and I want to change a new ecu .What is necesar to chage from old ecu : 29F400 and processor or only 29F400 ?

you must change the eeprom 24c04 and the flash 29f400
and you have a clone ecu
