Hi everyone
I have a peugeot boxer 2.8 hdi model 2009 van in on a 53 plate, Its a none starter in the morning unless you give it some sniff then it starts up and runs fine and will start every time until you leave it overnight. I've changed fuel filter and change the fuel pressure sensor located on the Common Rail, and also I check fuel injector in specialist Center for Diesel , but no positive result Up to this moment.
Thanks for the advice
Regards VICTOR

Then you might have a problem with the low pressure circuit. Buy a non return valve and put it on the return line and check for improvements. It happened to me many times that the fuel goes back so once you start it once it does not fail any more until you wait a couple of hours. So it is a cheap test to be done. Try it
