View Full Version : Toyota 3.0 D-4D HELP!

Dear Friends i've in the garage a Toyota 3.0 D-4D i replace the injectors but the engine don't accelerates more than 2000 RPM, in the scanner the accelerator switchs open only 11%...i replace the accelerator switch but isn't the problem there...so if you have some information...would be apreciate it.

you will have to use a autoboss scanner or semilar tool to code the injectors. correct me someone if im wrong. thanks. hope this helps.

I've the KTS 570 and the SDC 701..that's not the problem...it's some sensor.

then i suggest you post some dtc's. maybe some toyota experts will have a look at them if any availible. cheers.

Was this problem there before you replaced the injectors :questionmark: ................what was the reason to replace the injectors.

Well i found 5 of 6 problems, i almost have the P0045 on the scanner, i code the new injectors that's not the problem...but the accelerator still fully opened at 11% no more than that...my question it's: can the error P0045 Limited the accelerator at 11%???? something like stay in emergency.... TELL MEEE!!!

Hi

P0045 is fault code for Turbo Boost Control Solenoid Fault............

Check the Boost Control Solenoid Circuit for Open Circuit.

It could be faulty solenoid or, wiring fault.........

And yes this fault code could put your car into Limp Mode and not to let you Rev more than 2000 RPM...........

With key on and engine not running, check voltages on accelerator pedal sensor at released position and fully depressed position. If out of range, check pedal separately, and/or do a pin to pin continuity check between pedal terminal harness and ECU.

The Toyota Are Working Perfectly!...the problem was the wiring system cutting in 3 parts...so if you had the code P0045, the engine run on emergency at 2000 RPM, or 11%...i apreciate your help!...

i show u in this pictures....this week i had 2 more with the same problem...with 250.000 km.
