hyunday h1 problem immo

i need help
i have this hyunday h1 with 2002,and not have immo,
and not work ,no see error.
but in dashboard I have the engine light and other lights and rotation pointer, flashing.
I turn another ecu and everything is ok, but not start.
i have other ecu,but is with immo,any know if is possible put work in my car?
original ecu without immo-zexel 39100-42600 serial 407913-2311

used ecu with immo is zexel 39100-42210,serial 407913-1651
in two ECU has this eeprom OKI MSM16951
if change only this eeprom maybe work?
any have solution for immo of?

I have the ECU Zexel 407913-2313, 39100-42600
