saab with cim 93lc66 chip and remote

Hi partners:
I have this problem.
I bought a used saab key , this key comes with id 46 locked.
With tango only i can use a blank pcf36 to generate a chip.
But i cant use the electronic id 46 locked of thie used key.
My problem is that my customer need the key with the remote ok
Them if i removed the battery of the key my chip work, but the remote dont work and i cant program the remote.

How i can resolved the situation: chip and remo9te ok???

Buy a new key, they are not expensive. Or, replace the PCF7946 with a new one.
