is there any 1 that can maybe assist with repair to a ews kline programmer..it keeps giving an error "com test error power again..." changed voltage regulator...tested rs 32 cable and power supply....still same problem..an1 got any ideas..chips on the boards had the mask no scratched off so i cant see type of chip...:beheaded:
