Audi A4 1998 1.8 turbo

can sombody please remove immo off this file read from 24c02 off engine ecu.
tried with immo killer but did not work , engine starts and cuts out .
reason for immo off is because has a faulty set of clocks that will not reprogramme back to ecu.
costomer got another set of clocks but they were different type.
please find attached photo of ecu numbers and bin file.
