I replaced the dashboard display and I have the flashing, I should do a proxy array, fiatecuscan I downloaded the free 2.7.1 and 2.6.0 crk (Mass English) go to general electronics / Can aligment proxy setup procedures, but nothing tells me work result of cable obd elm proper engine management on ... it connects me quietly.

Just 2 thoughts:

- There ware a bug in fes, latest version 2.7.2 should be ok (FiatECUScan - Fiat, Alfa, Lancia ECU Reader / Scanner (http://www.fiatecuscan.net/Default.aspx)).
- Elm v 1.5a is a fake, mostly there is v1.2 in it (was a chinese typo). Often sold as a silver square box.

Maybe one of this things causes you troubles.

yes internally it has PCB v1.2 and canister, but no good for the proxy! in the test tells me high latency

There are elm 327 clones that work (v1.3 and v1.4). I don't know if v1.2 is a problem, but fes says, it works with v1.3 or higher.
iirc there was a problem with v1.2 and max baud rate. You had to solder something to get 38400 baud.

elm 327 vs 1.2 only works with engine in fes.
the body computer needs at least version 1.3, the baudrate doesn't really matter (only faster parameter refresh rate), 1.3 have the CRA command which 1,2 doesn't and this is the main difference.
You will need to buy an elm 327 vs 1.3a at least to use proxy alignment.

The firmwear count much more then boud rate.
And there was such a lot of bugs in that versions.
2.6 has a lot of them so it's unusable.
You need the latest 2.7.2 to do this.

One original tool is elmscan5 (ScanTool.net LLC - Scan Tools - ScanTool.net (http://www.scantool.net/scan-tools/)), but i don't know if version 1.4b.

change virtual com port latency from 16 to 2

if u local i have a fes 2.7.2 and can help.... . I have us well from yani a program for puntos to changed a speed from abs to gearbox senor. Like u said if u local round WN7 PC i can help.
