I tried to auto-detect but it says that the calibration for that number of ecm is not available on this disc and it shows nothing more.
Engine number 12003534, this number right out of the ecm, I'm not sure if it matches the actual number that the truck is about 200 miles away, the ecm already changed it above

Did you say you had changed the ECM if so is the ECM in a rom boot state, if so you will have to force in the correct calibration code using the CPL and hp required.
If your just trying to reclaibrate a replacement one then again once you have the calibration selection open for the CD drive click to list the list of calibrations open celect plus then the ECM part number 3408303 the it will list all the ones for the that ECM then usin the CPL critical parts list 2590 your find the one you want. Hope that helps.

The calibration you are searching for is available under ECM 3408300. Use ECM Code C10682.10.

It is possible that Insite is not displaying all calibrations due to your Insite Tools settings. Go to Tools.....Calibration, then uncheck the following:
Show Active Calibrations
Show Installed Calibrations
Apply Custom Filter

Then click on Certification Codes, and transfer all Cert Codes from the left window to the right window.

All inactive, active, and superseded calibrations will be displayed. You can also right click on a calibration file to show you the old and latest calibration for your engine.

I hope this helps you.
