Kangoo dash go crazy procesor reset everytime

Hi.I have in garage a Renault Kangoo and have this problem:
the dash go crazy when hi want,he reset everytime and the display go on and off.
He is the dash without motor speed.
I take it out of the car and put 12v in 16 pin and gnd in 24 and seems to work well but when i put it in the car the same problem.
I see some people have the same problem and dont solve it.
I try to read with LICZNIK and a kline interface but no luck.
Somebody if can help.Thanks.
Can be the MCU microchip?

look for the grounds of the dash........if they are ok then is the proccesor......look what has inside and try to heat it if you have a hot air station......and post results

I see in some forums that could be the heat plugs fail.
There is a way to read this micro?
Where i can find the dump for this dash?
The owner have another one like this, i hope that i can try the another dash.
I see another syntoms like a - - - - - and some letters down blinking in the display when i put contact and water needle is moving up and down.The km/h needle is go at 180 sometimes.
This car had a ghost inside....:rofl:
When i puting in the table with a power supply is switch on corectley.

I replace the chip from a audi a4 dash that i have.
The chip is the same XC527242CFU HC908 and logical have inside the software from audi dash.
I have a K.line interface and Liczink 4.7.
Is posible to read it and change on dash the software?

Finally i make it works, i change the dash with second hand one, benzin with rpm but is works perfectly even the rpm, the only problem was the km he had double but i change it with LICZNIK and a obdII cable in the bank,very easy.

This is the way for this dashboard Jaeger with HC908 is works fine.
