Immo off nissan micra

Hi to all .
I have 0261204243 bosch ecu
23710 74B01
Nissan micra 1.0 1999 year.
I try all the cleared files i found here but nothing.
Car starts for 3 sec and then stops.
Here is the original file.
Please help.

what file have you read this should be a tms 44 pin chip inside the aerial and you may have to desolder the board from the aerial to get to it

did you try this(93c46)? and disconect immo box

Thanks for your response , inside is 93c46.
I try this file and post results.
I disconect immo bos ,its on the key in this model ,not in near blower motor.

tried taking immo off with otocheck aswell as the file above disconnected immo before plugging ecu back in but still no start :(

this car is a pain ive tried many files even new eeproms disconnected immo which is on the ignition barrel has anyone done one of these 1999?

tried them files too the immo box on the 1999 is attatched to the ignition barrell and coil disconnected it tried every immo off file going still nothing has anyone had any joy with one of these?

OH, can only suggest

1) read the eeprom - see if data has changed
2) write protect the eeprom - add password - write on piece of paper inside
ecu
3) another fault with ecu/car
4) see if you can download ecu from scrapyard
5) 1.0 or 1.3?

I did have a problematic one of these some months ago, turned out it was the crank sensor, resistance checked out ok, but set multimeter to ac voltage and cranked engine and got over 5 volts!!! (should be around 0.5 ish)
This in turn fried ecu.
Then fried next ecu.
Then found fault!!
1999 on had crank sensor on front of gearbox.

How can i write protect eeprom

Think and only a think you need a 93s46. Then select regstsir

If you figure out let us know, if you do end up with a password write on bit of paper leave in ecu
