BMW E39 DDE4.0 M57 - EWS SYNC?

I have problem with BMW E39 530D year 1999. The car wont crank ,wont start. Error code with Inpa is something like:
EWS manipulation!

How can I sync DDE/EWS with INPA?
In INPA on command read ISN password, Inpa shows ECU_REJECTED. :hmmmm:
I need to virginise this DDE ecu or.....:questionmark:
Maybe something else is wrong .I checked wires and all is OK.
EWS reads key and no troubles but no crank ?? :banghead:

Hi you need to post the dump from ecu, 95p08, 95320 or 95640 eprom.
I can virginise this ecu for you and supply ISN number. You would then need to reprogram the ecu to the car with DIS44 or Progman and carry out ews to dde synch. Make sure all your supplies, earths and k-lines are in place.

Thank you for reply ,I can virginise ecu and read ISN too, but can I do SYNC with INPA or other tool ,like X431 or BrainBee ST6000?
All wires are OK .

in inpa, look in ews and there should be an option for activate, if i remember rightly. there you should be able to synch ews-dde, but you still need to program the ecu back into the car, you can use NCSexpert for this, to update the VO number.

But if the car doesn't crank, problem is between Key and EWS.

Ews blocked +50 thats why it wont crank.
Ok thank you maaxxyy I will try to code with NCS.exoert if Inpa wont sync dde/ews. One question maaxxyy: in NCS I have to read VO from ews and 'Process car' or single ECU coding...?

Hi, if you open other ecu/modules you will see the vo and coding data, if all looking good, try updating ecu first. Then carry out synch with ews-dde.

Hi, I also have similar problem, car was converted to manual gearbox, now I would like to run it on dde4 from donor car but leave old ews on car, so I can keep old keys. If new ecu is virginised on eeprom 5p083c (is this mask?), colud synhronisation be done via ISTA D? if I diagnose car with ISTA, I cannot find EWS synhronisation option like on newer E60 model, this option is not available.

Another option is to flash dde with winkkfp with other part number, the one from manual gearbox.

what is best and easiest option?
