It seems that the clone gm tech2 could not communicate with the TIS2000 programmer installed in the windows xp . so i just wonder whether the clone one have the ability do the service programming system job. anybody have the good experience ?

Ola frend....ceck this before put your tech2 in trash....:toilet:

Open control panel - hardware - com1 baudrate 115200 (or what you want but no higher)

Open Tis2000 (NEED dongle!) or Globaltis (NO NEED dongle!)
Open the right section and set COM1 with the same baudrate you set before in control panel(example-115200 no higher).
Connect tech2 in COM1 and connect power.
Power on tech2 but dont press enter to go in diagnostic menu only power on!

Now try to connect your tis with tech2......
