I uninstalled it and installed 7.4, the password login box still comes up but my old password doesn't work. I uninstalled again and this time deleted the Insite folder from C:\Intelect and reinstalled 7.4 - but still have the password box, old password still not working. How can I correct this? Thanks!!

Check the date and time on your computer and make sure it is right. Also if you have it set to sync with the internet make sure you havr the right time zone and possibly check the bios. my one computer had the wrong info in the bios and it would change the windows time to that. Hope this helps

hey fellow dk friends just wanted to share a little info I see alot of post out there with members having issues when deleting programs off there hard drive well there is a program called Advanced Care Just google it when you use the program and unistall a program it will go through your registry and remove those stubborn files and will aslo do a forced uninstall if needed thought I would share this I know ho frustrating it can bee when you cant get a program to wipe out on your hard drive and there are left over files and folders. This Advance Care will do the trick.

Open Insite and go to tools, options, and then click on Fleet Calibration count, if it says 0 then you need to click Add and post you PCID for a FleetCount to add.

I already have 100 fleet count. The list of options under calibration is grey, will not allow me to select it when connected to the truck. My insite has Pro Plus functionality, but when I connect to this ISC (PX-8) my functionality drops to pro. Does this make sense? The local dealer today was able to update the ECM. I would like the ability in the future. Thank you for your help.

Hello good friends of Dk got an issue with a laptop with insite 7.5 on it and the pcid is 7A86D238 its locking the laptop in view mode only and keeps asking for a new key but there is a verification code next to it have never seen this issue and tried unistalling it and reinstalling instie but no good . this is the verification code1248D-66082. Any help into this would be greatly appreciated. Or do I just need to install a program that will wipe cummins from the registry the install a fresh copy.

Try this code: ELH-ZT7-6RO-AF6-2M9-3R5 this is because your date was wrong and cummins put in a lock feature for this as some people were putting there dates back to get more time out of them. Always make sure your date is correct and you may want to check your bios as that will sometimes change you date and time if it is wrong there. Hope it helps

thnx black dragon yeah the date was good when installed i think the battery was no good on the laptop when it was installed and may have shut down when installing it . i was walking the guy throught the process and he told me this after the fact. lol but thx again
