hi guys, i have a new dreambox, but im only getting the free channels. all the other channels were working before, any idea what i can do to restore the channels?!

In what way was you receiving the other channels?

make sure that your 500s is connected properly to your router and can connect to the internet. Try downloading a plugin if this works then you are connected if not then your not.
