You missed bytes in reading, where ever you have 0000 and uper FFFF you didnt read !!!

Thanks, That's what I thought.
Just don't understand how can it be because partially dump is ok and partially not.
I've tried to read it a couple of times with my programmer which is reliable.
Can it be that some data got lost on chip somehow?

possible when overheat eeprom, what programmer you use ?

I am not familiar with that tool

I've used it many times and never had problems with eproms.
Overheating sounds logical to me because I could overheat it while extracting.
Is there anyway of restoring the missing data?

another dump
