Not 100% sure but i think key data is store in the IC900 eeprom 93C56 or LR56 or RA56 in the engine ECU.Read dump and post here with 4C transponder logic.I will add it in your dump ready to start your car.

If you prefer immo off that i found a bit difficult with TOYOTA immobilizer, then try Vanos file and then report

But 601 and 701.
Vanos files work with 2003-2005 toyta camry.with ic601 and 701

Hi i just found that this ECU has IC601 with 93C56 also, i am attaching, Now i am confused which one has immo and key data?
I tried with Zedbull no success, carprog produced a 4c chip but does not start the car

can some one help me pls

the vanos files did not work,after writing the files to the two 93c56 eeprom,the car even stop bringing light to the plugs

SBB and Tcode will fix this car without reading any dumps and much easily too.
Immo off is a mirage for these cars, post your key dumps and you get help

What I told before.
Your ecu is Ic900 and 700
Vanos files is for ic 601
