406HDI EDC15C2 Immo off...

hi all ..have a 2001 406hdi with a bosch 0281010627 ecu...it is 3 plug edc15c2 with 5p08c3 eeprom....i tried to immo off using all the usual software but it wont immo off...it is definitley immo problem most likley in the bsi but as it is an old car immo off is best....i tried recoding the key but it doesnt work....below is the original dump...can anyone 'off' it for me please?
