I think BSI lost antitheft code, you need to telecode BSI with PPS
Sorry

Yeah, good call.
Unplug the Comms 200 - this should make the headlights and wipers come on.
Is it not under warranty?
Just a thought - under hood fuse box, wrench it up and check for blown maxi fuse - also check engine ecu has an earth on it, incase it got twatted with a pos - damm "***ki's" (your words not mine!)

If you are sure that all connectors are correctly fited on bsi and com 2000 then i will advise you to try with a second key. I have had aleready many cases like this, the ustomer drop his key and the car never start with that key. try with a second key.

Seems like u can't communicate with bsi. U using planet?
I would first check all the lives and earths. Make sure bsi is getting power.
Then check can bus lines
My guess is 1 or 2 of Canbus lines probably damaged when refitting dash. Get ur self a wiring diagramme

I like peugeots, my 16 year old diesel pug with > qtr of a million miles gets me around when my mercedes is broke, requires ???s spent on it or its snowing. It never needs headlight bulbs at 15-30 quid a piece either. lol lol lol
