Audi a8 immo off - 16911 OKI , EEPROM 59C11

Audi a8 2.8 128kw . This car have hitachi ecu. In ecu there is 16811G OKI , EEPROM 93C46 but could read it only like 16911 OKI , EEPROM 59C11. Its same eeprom like in fiat hitachi ecu.

Also i didnt know how to read it. 16 or 8 bit. So i post both. Please remove immo from.

I got some earlier ecu with same oki chip without immo, but car still doesnt start. Immo code should be somewhere else in ecu.?Where? Hitachi ecu have h8/536 chip with 84 legs. Is immo code there?
