i just turned immo off, and then added key to cluster so the anti theft light will go off

I have the same issue but the previous customer destroyed the instrument cluster instead of fixing the problem. I have a replacement cluster and the car will not start

What year and model is that car?
Can you read and post ECU or Cluster file?

I think the solution is to make immo off, for it is necessary to have the dump of the engine ECU.

Is there a way to figure out the IMMO code from the instrument cluster dump?

Do you need just the EEPROM or all memory from my programmer?

Both cluster has same pin and almost same file.
Pin = 07170
Are you sure you post 2 different clusters?

That PIN didn't work. Can I read it directly from the vehicle computer or turn it off?

8280 is your pin for the first dump at the top of this post and the 2 above are 7170 and are the same pin
