Also I have a question. When you are programming a blank ECM like this one, aren't you able to modify FLS and FTS for the first time without a password?
I flashed a new blank ECM and then tried to upload the old ECM information but when I tried to upload it asked for the factory passwords ir order to change FLS and FTS. I thought I may be able to change this with a blank ECM.

You do not need to have your laptop on all the time, you can close and use the pass anytime the file does not change
