op-com z18xe problem

Hi, this is my first post. I have problem with connecting my astra g 1.8 (z18xe) with op-com v1.39. I tried on win7 and on xp laptop, but the same thing. I have instaled drivers, and windows recognize interface, but it wont connect, when I choose my car, year, engine (KWP2000) it only shoes something like this in upper left corner:

010400 bps IC 00
crc error 00 used pin 7

And nothing more, no more data, red and orange light are on...interfase is tried also on astra h (can protocole) and works fine...
