Help on Doblo 1.9 MJET - Mapslocation [Sitemap]

Hey

I need some help on maplocations from Fiat Doblo 1.9 MJET

1C1674 - Driver Wish 16x16
1C18B8 - Driver Wish 16x16
1C1AFC - Driver Wish 16x16
1C1D40 - Driver Wish 16x16
1E1370 - Turbo boost 16x16
1C356C - EGR 16x16

1DC0DE - Injection time 20x20 ?

1DF1BA - Smoke map 16x16 ?
1DF8CA - Smoke map 16x16 ?

Not sure on this smoke, could someone help me identify the smokemaps?

And what is:
1E0EE8 16x16
1CB202 8x8

Could someone help me identify more maps?

And the second question is, the motor stars after longer cranking is there any map to correct it?
(like the amount of injected fuel while starts is too low?)
