There are ~11000 parameters what can be programmed without central server. In level 2 what are not save to do and in level 3 what safe bur require central connection. Tell me how to make them programmable other way?

Just connect to truck and go to program Level3 parameters. To program all Level3parameters you need to connect to Volvo Central Server. With DevTool you can do it without connecting.
Level2 parameters same, but they are less used.

Here is how I activate Guided Diagnostics and use it offline.
When you install PTT 1.12 it asks you to put in a client ID, I just use 123456.
So to get guided working I change the client id setting in the Volvo section of regedit and when I start PTT 1.12 guided diagnostics is not grayed out,

so here are the steps I use.

RUN to
Regedit.HKEY LOCAL MACHINE/SOFTWARE/VOLVO/SAFE CLIENT
Double click on safe client ID
Select Decimal
I change my client ID which is/was 123456 to 2468
Click OK.
Close.
Now Guided should be highlighted and working in PTT 1.12

(make a note of origional decimal numbers in case you have to revert back)

You got the dev usb key?
With what version of ptt crack you use it or what user do you use.
You can't change the chassis id in a control unit mounted on truck cause you will have conflict with the rest of the control module.
Disconnect all ecu in truck leave just the one with the chassis id that you want to change and it will work.
Second method is that you make special tool conectors for all ecu in truck,i use this method and i do it at home without the truck

It only gives me this error when trying to change chassis id on truck with immobiliser. It seems to be Immo block! it is easy to get around though, just plug the control unit into another vehicle without immo and carry out neccessary changes! works perfectly! I will try your method! Thanks

I have ptt 1.12 and In parameter programming yoy need to show all levels and then chose the mid 140 and there will be an id "FNS" and there says type of transsmision gearbox but in my case the vehicle cant run because the vehicle recognize that its in a forward speed so for protection its unavailable the start

Hi. No need to remove all the fuses. when it gives this error just choose ok and change any other parameter example customer road speed limit and press continue. It will work 100%:chuncky: This problem is directly related to MID223.
