how do you permanently delete channles, i can initially delete them by menu but when i switch box off it reappers? and how do you move channels?

please help. everytime i switch off mains, it reloads the channels i deleted, and looses it parental settings on channels.

Try going to:
Menu/settings/expert setup and disable auto service update, then power off and back on.

when u have done this and have a good listing why not upload to downloads and share your bouquets just say where your from and provider is ie.birmingam telewest bouquet . if we get a few it will help lots out in the end

i can get to expert setup but cant seem to see the " disable auto service" is that hidden within another menu in expert setup?

how do you tell which firmware it is it says something like dw2 image

Is this option also known as "servicename update" in the Gemini image? Or is that smething else?
