I think your Hardware is troble...

use second dump from me: keys.rar
my dump is work. i have test it..
maybe you need wait for learning key ( computing data) .

follow this step:
After you make the keys do not even try for the test, you are directly input to the eis. wait for 10 sec. and input the key again in eis, and test the remote. if the remote has been activated, keys will be turn...

all keys are correct! Here is the report MB KEY

Password condition between key and EIS - ok
Code condition between key and EIS - ok

If 1 or more answers "no" - working impossible!

EEprom information:
This is key Nr - 0
1st hash block - ok
2-d hash block - ok
3-d hash block - ok
Reference to CPU - ok

If blocks OK, but no reference this another key!

This key have resource 196607 start times.
