the file you attached is not good size too small

egr off total

your solution is not correct because could have mass air dtc with high signal.
the only correct solution for this ecu family is shown below

Nice to see it in 2D. :D
Maybe you have A2L for it. So can you help us and send correct file? I am interested in it, too.
I think, the only thing what need to do is to remove DTC for egr and increase the setpoint for excessive flow. After doing this it is enough to close EGR in maps and modify VGT maps not to gain charge peaks.

already made such as photos, engine light comes on after a while

And what error do you get?

if you have the original values ***8203;***8203;on the maps E2394,E25D8,E2818 and disable egr with 4 indicated controls you dont can have error...before disable egr with controls the step motor on egr must work properly and you do not have error in diagnosis.

error p0402. I think egr fault

TribesMac

It could be that you MAF sensor is bust...

If you see P0402 fault code (Exhaust Gas Recirculation Fault), this means you have electrical damaged egr valve (only in EDC16). When this is in good electrical condition, my file for egr off will work fine. If you close EGR only on airflow egr map, you must see fault code for High AirMass measured from MAF. But with my dump all will be working without MIL illumination. You must install resistor emulator on EGR connector. Check resistance on you EGR valve. If you have short circuit you must install resistance emulator.

your solution is not correct even thoug "work"!
the only right solution is disable the control and not generate high signal in flow meter.

install resistance emulator. Where can I find thanks

In my file is disabled control in EGR, but not disabled diagnostic function of EGR electronic valve as device. When solenoid is impaired resistance of the winding ECU will write fault code for defective device.

Your files is incorrect.

19antonio have electrical problem with EGR. If you know where is DTC code for P0402 you can disable. All is simple :)

install resistance emulator. Where can I find thanks

Install 8,2 ohm - 9,0 ohm 20W resistor and reflash with my dump.

I do not think
why you don't think
i do it with succes, not with egr but with others sensor(air temperature sensor)and the fault was ereased and DTC never apear:roflmao:
