run the file, it is an executable.
IDS will install, and when you connect the VCM it will update the firmware on the VCM.

NOT for clones OR out of subscription VCM's

why not i have clone running latest version and flashin with not one trouble. works just fine all funtions. why wont the version here work for clones

First - crack IDS to work around subscription test.
Second - simulate Motorcraft website and return to application, that subscription is valid.

IDS check subscription online. I mean that there are to ways.
First - crack IDS to work around subscription test.
Find which .exe and .dll are responsible for this test. Run it in debugger, find where is function which is doing this test and modify i to return result that VCM has valid subscription.
It is very hard to do it.

Second - simulate Motorcraft website and return to application, that subscription is valid.
Start local webserver, forward traffic which is going to original website to local server. Create webpages, that are used to tests and find what should valid response contain.
It is not easy but not impossible.
